The Child Care Assistance Program gives you the flexibility to choose a child care center, child care home, or care by a relative or other adult based on your family’s individual needs. A five-star quality rating and improvement system administered by the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The program standards are based on national research identifying standards which lead to improved outcomes for children.
